Support Agent | Team: Support Department

The Role

As a Support Agent, your role will be to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email in the most efficient and effective way. You should be able to perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions, determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.

Your daily tasks:

  • Answer tickets from end-users
  • Follow problem escalation procedures
  • Write select SQL Queries
  • Conduct basic Database Troubleshooting
  • Software Testing
Requirements/Skills
  • Basic knowledge of T-SQL or other Scripting Query Language
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to work in shifts (between 09:00 – 21:00)
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with CRM or Retail Systems will be a plus

Technical Consultant | Team: Account and Implementation Department

The Role

As a Technical Consultant, your role will be to assist customers in optimal utilization of all software tools and provide technical assistance during the implementation of all projects. You should be able to develop new processes and recommend improvements to all procedures and ensure optimal level of customer service at all times.

Your daily tasks:

  • Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
  • Conduct Database Troubleshooting
  • Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
  • Review and interpret ongoing business reporting requirements
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Follow problem escalation procedures
  • Software Testing
Requirements/Skills
  • Degree or relevant working experience in IT
  • Good knowledge of T-SQL or other Scripting Query Language
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team Player
  • Experience with CRM or Retail Systems will be a plus
