Front-end developer

Team: Development Department

The role

We are looking for a qualified Front-end developer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for building the ‘client-side’ of our mobile and web applications. You should be able to translate design mockups into functional and appealing interactive applications.

  • Use HTML/ CSS and Javascript to create user-friendly web applications and hybrid mobile applications.

  • Maintain and improve web applications
  •  
  • Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to improve usability
  •  
  • Write functional requirement documents and guides
  •  
  • Translate mockups and prototypes into code
  •  
  • Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting
  •  
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

Requirements/Skills

     
  • Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
  •  
  • Hands on experience with markup languages
  •  
  • Specialty in JavaScript, CSS and jQuery
  •  
  • Experience with Ionic Framework and building the app for Android and iOS
  •  
  • Experience with Json data manipulation
  •  
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  •  
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
  •  
  • Understanding of layout aesthetics
  •  
  • Familiarity with software Adobe Photoshop
  •  
  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  •  
  • Experience with Node.js is a plus
  •  
  • Experience with PHP language is a plus

Support Agent

Team: Support Department

The role

As a Support Agent, your role will be to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email in the most efficient and effective way. You should be able to perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions, determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers

Your daily tasks

     
  • Answer tickets from end-users
  •  
  • Follow problem escalation procedures
  •  
  • Write select SQL Queries
  •  
  • Conduct basic Database Troubleshooting
  •  
  • Software Testing

Requirements/Skills

     
  • Basic knowledge of T-SQL or other Scripting Query Language
  •  
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  •  
  • Ability to work in shifts (between 09:00 – 21:00)
  •  
  • Team Player
  •  
  • Excellent communication skills
  •  
  • Experience with CRM or Retail Systems will be a plus

Technical Consultant

Team: Account and Implementation Department

The role

As a Technical Consultant, your role will be to assist customers in optimal utilization of all software tools and provide technical assistance during the implementation of all projects. You should be able to develop new processes and recommend improvements to all procedures and ensure optimal level of customer service at all times.

Your daily tasks

     
  • Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
  •  
  • Conduct Database Troubleshooting
  •  
  • Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
  •  
  • Review and interpret ongoing business reporting requirements
  •  
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  •  
  • Follow problem escalation procedures

  • Degree or relevant working experience in IT
