Team: Account and Implementation Department

The role
• As a Technical Consultant, your role will be to assist customers in optimal utilization of all software
tools and provide technical assistance during the implementation of all projects. You should be able
to develop new processes and recommend improvements to all procedures and ensure optimal
level of customer service at all times.
• Your daily tasks:
• Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
• Conduct Database Troubleshooting
• Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
• Review and interpret ongoing business reporting requirements
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Follow problem escalation procedures
• Software Testing

Requirements/Skills
• Degree or relevant working experience in IT
• Good knowledge of T-SQL or other Scripting Query Language
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Team Player
• Experience with CRM or Retail Systems will be a plus

Digital Marketing Manager

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Marketing Manager to handle the Digital presence of our company. The ideal candidate would be responsible for all operational aspects of Digital Marketing of our company. He/she will be part of the team handling daily Marketing activities and ensuring that the end-result of Lead-generation is of the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization in multi-country targeting campaigns
  • Plan, schedule and post social media content (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Suggest additional marketing actions/strategy for lead generation
  • Work with Sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Manage campaigns for Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance) & Linkedin Ads
  • Manage & update website content (images, landing pages etc) for display on the website

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Digital Marketing
  • 1+ years of related Digital Marketing experience (experience in fields such as: Google Ads, Social Media and Web Analytics)
  • Propose advertising strategies for branding & performance, including SEO/SEM, Email, Social Media and Display Advertising
  • Be able to manage End to End campaign: set-up, launch, measure and optimize campaigns on Google, LinkedIn & Email
  • Have Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
  • Have Knowledge of WordPress platform is considered a plus
  • Be able to proceed with strategic planning, budgeting & execution
  • Be able to produce advanced Powerpoint presentations
  • Performing Quality Control on company’s website functionalities is considered a plus
  • Be multi-tasking / strong work ethics / Team player embracing collaboration
  • Awareness of branding and customer experience concepts
  • Excellent knowledge of English (verbal & written)
